What should be noted about the construction conditions of the MQTB anchor drill for coal mines?

 

The MQTB anchor drill rig is suitable for coal roadway and semi-coal roadway coal roadway anchor support operations. The compressed air should be maintained at 0.4 to 0.6MPa and kept clean and dry.

2. Lubrication

Lubricating oil: When the ambient temperature is between -15 and 10℃, 20# engine oil can be selected; when the ambient temperature is between 10 and 35℃, 30# engine oil can be chosen. The bearings in the motor and the gears and bearings in the gearbox can be lubricated with 2# lithium-based grease.

Lubrication operation: When drilling, it is strictly prohibited to operate without oil. There must be lubricating oil stored in the oil cup. The consumption of lubricating oil is preferably 2-3ml/min. When inspecting and repairing the motor and gearbox, it is advisable to fill two-thirds of the cavity inside the transmission box with grease.

3. When drilling with twist drill rods, wet drilling with twist drill rods with holes should be adopted.
